## What the Extension Does
YouTube Summarizer with Gemini injects a native "Summarize" ("Résumer") action directly into YouTube:
1. Under the video player on watch pages (`/watch?v=...`).
2. Inside the three-dots context menu on every video card across the Home feed, Subscriptions, Channel pages, and Recommendations.

When the user clicks "Summarize":
1. The extension captures the normalized URL of the selected YouTube video.
2. It retrieves the user's custom instruction / prompt stored locally in `browser.storage.local`.
3. It opens Google Gemini in a new browser tab with the video URL and the customized prompt pre-filled. Automatic submission is enabled by default and can be disabled in preferences to choose a model or edit the message before sending.
